Liability Waiver.
NSW Tournament Series – Participant Waiver and Agreement
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a participant in the NSW Tournament Series:
1. Personal Responsibility and Risk AcknowledgmentI understand that my participation in the NSW Tournament Series is entirely voluntary, and I assume full responsibility for my actions, safety, and the safety of my property while preparing for, attending, or participating in the event. I am fully aware of the inherent dangers associated with fishing, boating, and the event itself, which may include injury, property damage, or even death, and I accept these risks.
2. Waiver of LiabilityI agree that neither the NSW Tournament Series, its sponsors, promoters, organizers, nor any other individuals or organizations associated with the event shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, regardless of the cause, including negligence. I release and hold harmless all parties involved in the organization or conduct of the event from any claims or liabilities resulting from my participation.
3. Indemnity and ResponsibilityI acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ensure my personal safety and that of my property. In the event that I cause any damage or harm to others or their property due to my actions or negligence, I agree to indemnify and reimburse all individuals or organisations associated with the event for any costs or damages incurred as a result.
4. Insurance and Boat License RequirementI confirm that I have provided a copy of my current boat driver’s license and a valid insurance policy that covers me and my boat for the duration of the tournament. I understand that participation in the tournament is contingent upon the submission and approval of these documents.
5. Compliance with Event RulesI agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the NSW Tournament Series, as well as any additional instructions provided by the event organisers. I acknowledge that failure to follow these rules may result in disqualification from the event.
6. Limitation of LiabilityI understand that the event organisers and affiliated parties will not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage, or death that occurs prior to, during, or after the event, and that this waiver does not exclude any rights or protections afforded to me under Australian Consumer Law.
By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions. I further acknowledge that I have provided the necessary documents (boat driver’s license and insurance) and will adhere to all requirements set forth by the organisers.

Entries close midnight on the Tuesday of the week of the tournament.
If you wish to enter after this date you must contact the NSW tournament series tournament director on 0457202797. This may incur a late entry fee of 20% if your entry is accepted.
